Everything is perfect

I'm sharing this so you can keep it in mind when buying from this seller. I ordered and paid for this oscilloscope in advance. I also paid 60 USD for delivery, hoping that everything would be normal and that I would receive the goods within 30 days and have a tracking number. But unfortunately, this is where the problems started. After 50 days there was no information about the location of the shipment and the seller advised me to be patient, I submitted a request for a refund. And then the shipment appeared in Rotterdam. Then it arrived. But it turned out that the oscilloscope was completely defective. I sent proofs to the seller, with which he agreed and I asked him to send me a new, working unit at his expense, but he asked me to pay 85 USD again. I refused and applied again for a refund. The seller refused and I turned to the platform for assistance. They helped me get half of what I paid, for which I am grateful. I strongly recommend not buying anything from this selle
